This Return Policy applies to paid lifestyle habit support programmes offered by Luminouskne.

Cancellation before start

If you cancel at least 14 days before your cohort start date, you receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit stated at enrolment.

Cancellation within 14 days

Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may receive studio credit for a future cohort within 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After the programme begins

Once sessions begin, fees are non-refundable. You may request a one-time deferral to the next available cohort with written notice before week three.

Studio cancellations

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra cost.

Materials

Printed kits provided at week zero are yours to keep and are not refundable separately from programme fees.

Consumer Guarantees Act

If our services fail to meet guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a remedy such as resupply of the service or a partial refund. This policy operates alongside, not instead of, those statutory rights.

Email community@luminouskne.world with your name, cohort date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Unresolved matters may be raised via our Complaints page.
